Memberships

No contracts. Ever.

Three ways to train and one thing they have in common: you can stop whenever you want. Pause for a holiday, drop to a pack for the summer, come back in September. Nobody will make it awkward.

A coach working through a kettlebell get-up on the training floor

One on one

Personal training, by the session.

One on one or with a friend. Your program, your schedule, your coach who remembers your knee. Buy them one at a time or in blocks of five. Semi private rates apply when two of you train together, which is how most of our personal training actually happens.

  • A movement screen and a plan before the first working set
  • Semi private rate for two people training together
  • Return to lifting work after a physio discharge
  • Sessions bookable at any hour the doors are open

Before you ask

The four questions we get most.

Anything else, call (555) 555-0123. A coach picks up, not a call center.

Is there really no contract?
Really. The monthly membership renews until you tell us to stop, and you can stop it from your phone in about ten seconds. Class packs simply run out.
What if I go away for three weeks?
Tell us before you leave and we pause the month. Class packs get their expiry pushed by however long you are gone.
I have never lifted anything. Am I going to be the worst one there?
There is a first timer in almost every class. Coaches give you a lighter version of every movement without making a speech about it.
Do I need my own gear?
No. Bars, bells, mats, blocks and straps are all here. Bring shoes you can stand flat in and a water bottle.
