“Nobody gets strong in one session. They get strong in eighty of them.”
Reyna T., head coach
Who is coaching
Head coach, barbell
Reyna opened the doors in 2016 with four barbells and a chalk bucket. She coaches the strength classes and writes every program the studio runs.
Kettlebell and conditioning
Marcus ran distance for years, then found out he liked lifting heavy things better. He keeps the conditioning classes hard and short.
Mobility and yoga
Jo teaches the slow end of the timetable. If something pinches when you squat, she is the person who figures out why.

“I had never touched a barbell before. Six months in I deadlift more than my body weight and I still get talked through every single set. Nobody here made me feel new.”
“Twelve people means the coach actually watches you. I have been to gyms where I paid for a year and nobody learned my name. That is not this place.”
“The 6 AM kettlebell class gets me out the door before the kids are up. Forty five minutes, done, home before anyone notices I left.”
Pick any session on the timetable, tell us you are coming, and turn up in whatever you own. We handle the rest.
